Scholarship Program

The ABS Scholarship program supports undergraduate and Master’s students that are currently studying an engineering related degree. The scholarship is designed to help students with the increasing costs of education and living expenses so that they can focus on their studies. After receiving the scholarship there are no obligations but we would encourage you to stay in contact with us and be member of our community of scholars.

Internship Program

Our goal is to create a pool of highly qualified candidates with ability to fill our most challenging positions in the future. Our programs are designed to provide students with valuable experience and an inside look at what a career in ABS would be like.

ABS is looking for full-time students pursuing a BS, MS or PhD degree in one of the following engineering disciplines: Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Marine, Structural, Ocean or Naval Architecture. Applicants must be working towards an engineering degree to be eligible for this opportunity.

Interns are usually placed within our London, United Kingdom, Gdynia, Poland and Istanbul, Turkey Engineering Departments but there are occasionally opportunities within our other European offices, dependent on business needs.

Internship responsibilities include, but are not limited to engineering plan review, technical plan review, and research analysis, performing calculations, database maintenance, and testing engineering software. The area on which the internship will focus will depend on business needs at the time.

ABS has filled all intern positions for 2016. Applications for 2017 are expected to open in January 2017.
